I finally got the chance to visit the legendary Nijhof & Lee international booksellers last week. Based in Staalstraat, Amsterdam Nijhof & Lee boast both a beautiful and extensive collection of specialized books in the areas of art, industrial and graphic design, architecture and photography.

If you haven’t already make sure you add this to your weekends activities for some truly great finds!

I have just returned from a rather brief spell on holiday and during those few days of rain and relaxation I was fortunate enough to pop on over to Foam, one of Amsterdam’s premier fotografiemuseums.

Foam did not disappoint and certainly does not leave the eye wanting, there is a vast array of visual stimuli on offer thanks to the talents of Leonie Purchas, Prune, Charlotte Dumas and Saskia Dommisse.

So if your in town why not head on over and see for yourself!
